  Abstract:History reminds us that only by effectively restricting rights can corruption be curbed and the country develop healthily and orderly. Therefore, the discipline inspection and supervision departments of state-owned enterprises should conscientiously implement the spirit of the national discipline inspection and supervision work, accelerate the transformation of functions, strictly implement anti-corruption work, and then promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises. Faced with the current situation of dislocation and vacancy in the work of discipline inspection and supervision department of state-owned enterprises, it is necessary for Discipline Inspection and supervision department to speed up the work progress of function transformation. This paper briefly analyses the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision department in state-owned enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions and safeguards.

  Since the reform and opening up, China's social and economic construction has made remarkable achievements, in which the role of state-owned enterprises is particularly prominent, is an important fulcrum to promote China's development and construction. With the continuous innovation of market economic system in China, enterprises are developing towards modern enterprises. State-owned enterprises, as the most important part of the country, will also meet the needs of social development and accelerate enterprise reform and innovation. Therefore, in this process, we need to attach great importance to the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises, conscientiously implement the construction of Party conduct and clean government, and promote the transformation of functions. And change of style to promote the rapid development of enterprises.
  
  1, the status quo of discipline inspection and supervision in state-owned enterprises
  
  1.1, responsibilities are not clear and work is wrapped up.
  
  The main duties of discipline inspection and supervision departments are supervision, discipline and accountability.
